Friday 2 October - The Centre for Integral Learning (CITRA), Universiti Malaya, successfully organised the CEO Shadowing Programme, an initiative designed to provide students with valuable exposure to industry leaders, direct mentorship, and insights into the professional world.
Held at the Tan Sri Prof. Ahmad Ibrahim Law Library, Universiti Malaya, the programme brought together seven Universiti Malaya students and representatives from four leading organisations — AirAsia, CADS, PETRONAS, and Pos Malaysia.
The programme provided students with an opportunity to engage directly with industry professionals, gain first-hand insights into leadership and career development, and better understand the expectations and challenges of the corporate world.
Through the CEO Shadowing Programme, CITRA continues to strengthen university-industry engagement while equipping students with the knowledge, confidence and leadership capabilities needed to navigate their future careers.
