The Undergraduate and Postgraduate Training and Competency Division is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing competency development initiatives that enhance students’ academic, professional, technical, and industry-relevant skills. The division organizes training workshops, professional and industry certification programmes, multidisciplinary competitions, and strategic collaborations with industry and external stakeholders to provide students with practical exposure and experiential learning opportunities.

In addition, the division actively develop engagement with industry partners, professional bodies, and academic collaborators to ensure that training initiatives remain aligned with current industry demands and emerging technologies. Through these continuous efforts, the division aims to strengthen graduate employability, cultivate innovation and leadership, and develop future-ready undergraduate and postgraduate students who are equipped to thrive in a rapidly evolving global landscape.
