29 JAN 2026 - The Centre for Foundation Studies in Science and Humanities, University of Malaya (CITRA UM) conducted a benchmarking visit to the Centre for Citra Studies, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) on 29 January 2026 to strengthen institutional networking and to exchange best practices in the implementation of general courses and service-based learning.

The visit was led by the Director of CITRA UM, Prof. Ts.Dr. Sri Devi Ravana, accompanied by Dr. Azlin Zaiti Zainal, Head of the General Courses and Service-Based Learning Division, Senior Assistant Registrar, Ms. Azura Azilah Ayub, as well as other CITRA UM staff members.

The CITRA UM delegation was warmly welcomed by Prof. Dr. Nazri Muslim, Deputy Dean (Academic), Centre for Citra Studies, UKM, together with members of the management team and staff of the Centre.

During the visit, both institutions engaged in constructive discussions on curriculum management, implementation of general courses, teaching and learning strategies, and service-based learning initiatives. The session provided a valuable platform for knowledge sharing and exploring opportunities for future strategic collaboration.

CITRA UM extends its sincere appreciation to the Centre for Citra Studies, UKM for the warm hospitality and meaningful sharing, and looks forward to strengthening collaborative ties in support of excellence in higher education.
