The Centre for University Citizenship (CITRA), University of Malaya, held a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) Signing Ceremony with The Center of Applied Data Science Sdn. Bhd. (CADS) on Wednesday, 14 January 2026, at the Court Room, University of Malaya.
The ceremony was represented by Professor Sri, in the capacity as the representative of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic and International) and Director of CITRA UM, symbolising the strategic commitment of both parties to strengthen academic–industry collaboration, particularly in the areas of applied data science, artificial intelligence, professional training, and talent development.
This collaboration is expected to create more opportunities in teaching and learning, joint research, curriculum development, industrial training, and upskilling programmes aligned with current industry needs.
CITRA UM expresses its appreciation to CADS for the willingness to establish this strategic partnership and looks forward to impactful and sustainable collaboration in the future.
