CITRA UM Successfully Organises Preparatory Workshop How to Design Professional CV

29 January 2026 - The Centre for Integral Learning (CITRA), Universiti Malaya successfully organised the Preparatory Workshop: “How to Design Professional CV” on Thursday, 29 January 2026, at the Seminar Room, CITRA, Universiti Malaya.

The workshop featured Mr Ho Kim Hong, Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FlipBizz, as the invited speaker. The programme aimed to equip students with essential knowledge and practical skills in preparing a professional, well-structured, and industry-relevant curriculum vitae (CV).

Throughout the session, participants were introduced to effective CV structures, impactful writing techniques, and strategies for highlighting personal strengths and achievements. The speaker also shared examples of good practices as well as common mistakes to avoid when preparing a CV.

The workshop received encouraging participation from students of various faculties. Participants were also encouraged to bring their draft CVs for hands-on activities and to obtain direct feedback from the speaker.

CITRA extends its sincere appreciation to Mr Ho Kim Hong for his valuable sharing, as well as to all parties involved in ensuring the success of this programme. It is hoped that similar initiatives will continue to be organised in the future to further enhance the employability of Universiti Malaya graduates.
