The Centre for Integral Learning (CITRA), Universiti Malaya, and Flipbizz have formalised their collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) exchange held during NICE 2026 in Kuala Lumpur.
The collaboration aims to strengthen career readiness and employability among university students by leveraging AI-powered career technology and industry-driven insights. Through this partnership, CITRA and Flipbizz will explore opportunities to integrate innovative career development solutions into the student learning experience, helping students better understand their skills, career pathways, and alignment with industry needs.
The MoU exchange marks an important step towards strengthening collaboration between higher education and industry, while supporting the development of a more structured and future-ready talent ecosystem in Malaysia.
